This all depends on the port of destination, port of loading and commodity of your cargo. For containers you need other documents then for roro. In Some countries you need a waiver which require a number of documents you have to enclose before validation > check “waivers”. So when you need a clear answer on this question please contact us
You can place your booking by filling in our online booking form or just send us an Email with all details about your booking. If you have your own booking form, no problem! just send it to us by Email.
After placing your booking(s) you will receive a booking confirmation and/or delivery instruction(s) by Email.
After delivery in the port you will receive a confirmation of delivery (with measurements in case of roro shipment) by Email.
When your cargo is loaded on board we send you a loading confirmation by Email. In this email is mentioned: Date of shipping (ETS), Date of arrival (ETA), measurements (in case of roro shipment).
When receiving the loading confirmation you can expect our freight invoice soon.
After payment of this invoice we will send you the Original Bill of Lading(s)
When your cargo is loaded on board we send you a loading confirmation by Email. In this email is mentioned: Date of shipping (ETS), Date of arrival (ETA), measurements (in case of roro shipment).
As soon as we’ve send you the loading confirmation you can expect our freight invoice soon. After payment of this invoice we will send you the Original Bill of Lading(s), we send I without cost in The Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands we will send it by DHL Express against an additional surcharge which depend on the destination. For more specific payment questions you can contact us.
Yes you can! You can call our office number 24/7 for your general questions and information. For booking related questions we can give you a more specific answer during opening hours. You can also send your question 24/7 via WhatsApp. All our incoming emails will be answered during opening hours.
